About The Position

WP Beverages is seeking a Merchandiser/Stocker to serve assigned accounts in the Lafayette, Indiana area. The role involves professionally executing Pepsi Cola marketing strategies, ordering product, and maintaining appropriate service levels. The employee safely and efficiently maintains product levels on shelves, in coolers, displays, back rooms, and point-of-purchase areas; pursues additional shelf, display, and cooler space; and works with team members to minimize outdated or damaged product. As part of an account team, the Merchandiser/Stocker communicates proactively to identify opportunities and resolve issues. The role supports profitable growth through beverage sales and distribution, customer service, and customer-focused marketing programs.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a stated willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends when needed. Pay is $24.75 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Valid state driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds from floor to waist, chest, or shoulder height and pull a cart carrying a load of up to 220 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pepsi Cola marketing strategies and order product while maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts.
