About The Position

The Merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets throughout the Lafayette territory to ensure company products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly. The role moves product between backrooms and sales floors using manual equipment, maintains backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness, and uses company technology and systems to document account execution and monitor routes. Other projects or duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age requirements in the state.
• Have reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
• Maintain auto insurance coverage meeting company and state minimum requirements.
• Be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Have 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts in company systems and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
