About The Position

The Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia stores and online. The role helps convert donated items into job training opportunities for people facing barriers to employment. The position also supports daily production goals by processing goods and working across multiple areas, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. The posting identifies this as a part-time role.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be at least 18 years old to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; workers ages 16–17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
