About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores at various locations within an assigned territory. The Merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in stores, works independently while collaborating with local teams, and helps create appealing floral displays and maintain inventory. The company provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., at $16.00 per hour. Availability during peak season from November to May is required. Extra support is needed during seasonal occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, as well as for department resets and special team activities. The role involves frequent lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, lifting products above shoulder level, and walking or standing for most of each shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays clean, attractive, and well presented.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Help set up new displays and make inventory adjustments during department resets.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
