About The Position

The Merchandiser Floater works independently in the Hallmark departments of various retail stores, showcasing organization and time-management skills, building retailer relationships, and representing Hallmark. The role collaborates with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and supports fellow merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations. Work includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for merchandising tasks and communication, and interacting professionally with store employees, managers, and customers. The employee is responsible for the Hallmark product display at assigned stores. Seasonal periods bring additional workdays and extended hours, and the role may also support department installations, relocations, and resets.
