About The Position

Premier Brands Group Holdings is a global leader in apparel, jewelry, and accessories design. They are seeking a part-time Merchandise Coordinator (21 hours a week) based in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern CA. This role will service various Jewelry Group brands within Macy's and Kohl's stores. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring proper merchandising and presentation of brands, managing stock, executing promotional events, building relationships with store personnel, and communicating product information.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Previous retail and/or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all brands are merchandised and presented properly by classification, key trends, and lifestyle
• Organize stock by color, style, and price
• Ensure that all promotional and markdown events are executed correctly at store level
• Develop strong relationships in stores with associates and all levels of management
• Communicate trends, product knowledge, and selling information to the stores
• Prioritize developing partnerships with store management in order to negotiate prime locations, additional capacity, and communicate stock call outs
• Report issues and concerns with Regional Manager
• Complete store recaps, time sheets, and expense reports
