About The Position
Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Coordinator to join its MEP team on a project in Shippingport, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, in-person position. The role oversees mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities and related projects, supervises mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors, and coordinates schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through project close-out.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
- Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
- Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities and related projects.
- Supervise all mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out.
