About The Position

The Mental Health Therapist provides professional counseling services to patients of the Opportunity for Hope Clinic. The role focuses on child-centered care, developing individualized treatment plans, building strong relationships with patients, and creating a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns. The therapist may consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations when appropriate under a client’s plan.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and an insured vehicle available for daily use. It also requires using a company email address, which involves downloading an application to a personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication to support cybersecurity. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; appointments outside those hours may be available upon request.

Requirements

• Child-focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or LPC-IT in the state of Wisconsin.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Insured vehicle available for daily use.
• Use a company email address and download an application to a personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication.
