About The Position

The Mental Health Therapist provides professional counseling services to patients of the Opportunity for Hope Clinic. The role focuses on child-centered care, individualized treatment planning, building strong relationships with patients, and creating a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns. The therapist may consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations when appropriate under a client’s plan.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and an insured vehicle available for daily use. It also requires use of a company email address, which involves downloading an application to a personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to support cyber security. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; appointments outside these hours are available upon request.

Requirements

• Child-focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or LPC-IT in the state of Wisconsin.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Insured vehicle available for daily use.
• Use of a company email address requiring an application on a personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
