About The Position

Two Chairs is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients. The role involves practicing various therapeutic modalities and utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools to reduce administrative tasks. Therapists will maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST. Approximately 85% of the total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. The role also includes collaboration with other mental health providers and timely completion of all documentation in the EMR system within 48 hours of client contact.

Requirements

Independently Licensed in New Hampshire as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (Two Chairs will cover the entire cost).
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
6+ months of teletherapy experience.
Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
Comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
Be available for 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
Be available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month).
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
