About The Position

Two Chairs is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients. The role involves practicing various therapeutic modalities, maintaining a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and utilizing data to drive effective treatment. The position offers AI-assisted documentation tools, support for wellness and professional growth, and W-2 advantages such as paid sick time, merit-based raises, and a 401(k) plan. Requirements

Independently Licensed in South Carolina as a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (Two Chairs will cover the entire cost).
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
6+ months of teletherapy experience.
Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
Comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
Commit to 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
Be available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month).
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
