Two Chairs is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients. Requirements

Independently Licensed in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (company will cover the cost).
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
6+ months of teletherapy experience.
Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
Comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
Be available for 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
Be available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month).
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
