About The Position

Two Chairs is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients. The role involves practicing various therapeutic modalities and utilizing data to drive effective treatment. Therapists will manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST. Approximately 85% of the total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. The position also includes weekly manager check-ins for the first 6 weeks, followed by monthly check-ins. All documentation must be completed, signed, and locked in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Requirements

Independently Licensed in Michigan as a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical (LMSW (Clinical designation)), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (Two Chairs will cover the entire cost).
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
6+ months of teletherapy experience.
Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
Comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
Be available for 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
Be available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month).
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
