Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring mental health therapists for its outpatient clinical team. The role provides evidence-based mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Providers may work a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office, and have autonomy over their schedules. The practice offers offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work. Positions are available full-time and part-time in locations across Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide care in person at clinics and/or via telehealth, including telehealth from a home office.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide clinical supervision, as applicable to licensure.
- Focus on clinical work while support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection.
