This position offers a $2,000 (1 year stay-on agreement) or $4,000 (2 year stay-on agreement) Sign On Bonus with the agency, provided upon completion of a probationary period. Under the general supervision of a Families Forward Supervisor and directly supervised by the Initiative Coordinator, this position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the statewide Children’s Trauma Initiative, a statewide evidence-based practices (EBP) training initiative. The Specialist will work as part of a team to facilitate training and technical assistance to Community Mental Health Services Programs training in EBPs such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents. The specialist will also assist in the evaluation, fidelity monitoring, and sustainability efforts of the Initiative. This position is funded through a contract with MDHHS. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
