This position offers a $2,000 (1 year stay-on agreement) or $4,000 (2 year stay-on agreement) Sign On Bonus with the agency, provided upon completion of a probationary period. Under the supervision of the Early Intervention Services Supervisor, Families Forward, the therapist will provide intensive, home-based intervention to children from birth through seven years of age, their families, or pregnant individuals residing within the tri-county area. This role is part of a creative, team-oriented unit, receiving weekly supervision and bi-weekly peer group consultation, typically managing a caseload of 12-15 cases. Opportunities include rich trainings and possible certification within a recognized Evidence-Based Practice. The therapist is responsible for carrying out all program activities in a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures.
