About The Position

Colorado Women's Center is a growing mental health organization focused on female empowerment, healing, transformation, and equality. Recently featured in OPRAH Magazine and on Channel 9NEWS, and recognized as a 2024 Colorado Companies to Watch award recipient, we offer a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team. This position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado office and allows for a flexible schedule with self-set session times. We specialize in a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and more, serving clients across various life stages. Our therapists utilize diverse modalities such as Gestalt Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR. We are committed to empowering women of all ages to find self-acceptance through therapy and counseling, fostering a movement of women uplifting other women.

Requirements

  • A graduate-level psychological counseling-related degree.
  • A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado.
  • PhD or PsyD
  • Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC)
  • Social Worker Candidate (SWC)
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
  • Provide consultations.
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Intake screenings for new clients.
  • Write client notes and other necessary documentation.
  • Client Scheduling.
  • Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
