About The Position

Colorado Women's Center is a growing and successful company focused on female empowerment, healing, transformation, and equality. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Couples Counselor dedicated to empowering couples by helping them build stronger, healthier relationships through therapeutic support. The ideal candidate will help clients navigate communication issues, resolve conflicts, and enhance emotional intimacy, fostering a sense of connection and resilience. Additionally, you will provide individual one-on-one therapy sessions, offering personalized support to address each client's unique needs. We value therapists who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and a deep dedication to supporting our clients' psychological healing and well-being. This position offers a steady flow of referrals, allowing you to build a full client load very quickly, with a base pay to ensure success from day one. The role provides flexibility in scheduling by allowing therapists to set their own session times. Our therapists are motivated to have a thriving career and make a difference in the world. Caseloads can build quickly, with clinicians often building 20-25 client hours or more per week. Our specialties include anxiety, work-life balance, depression, relationships, attachment issues, trauma, self-esteem, body image, social media addiction, couples counseling, and EMDR. Our clients present with issues related to teen, young adult, midlife, and senior stages of life. Our therapists and counselors are trained in a variety of modalities including EMDR, Couples Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. Colorado Women’s Center implements a strong mission of female empowerment, inspiring women of all ages to find self-acceptance through therapy and counseling. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing mental health organization with a strong culture rooted in a deep sense of purpose – to bring balance to humanity and enable equality for women so they can tap into their greatest potential. We inspire women to see what’s possible and teach them the tools to achieve it. Our therapists and staff share a passion for female empowerment and assisting women of all ages to be their best selves. This position starts hourly for new hires with the potential to transition to a salaried role. We offer a healthy stipend as you build your caseload and a competitive compensation model.
