Colorado Women's Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled EMDR Therapist/Counselor to join their dedicated team. This role specializes in providing evidence-based therapy to individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and other related mental health challenges. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized EMDR treatment plans, and guide clients through EMDR sessions. Additionally, they will provide individual one-on-one therapy sessions. The position offers a steady flow of referrals, allowing for a full client load quickly, and includes base pay during the initial build-up phase. Therapists have flexibility in setting their own session times and can build a caseload of 20-25 client hours or more per week. The center's specialties include anxiety, work-life balance, depression, relationships, attachment issues, trauma, self-esteem, body image, social media addiction, couples counseling, and EMDR. Clients range from teen to senior stages of life. Therapists are trained in various modalities including EMDR, Couples Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy.
