About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting at Florida State Prison in Raiford, Florida. The position consults with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy. The schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The listed salary is $75,000 for Registered Interns and $85,000 for fully licensed professionals.
Requirements
- Master’s-level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Active Florida mental health professional license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, or status as a Mental Health Registered Intern.
- Active Basic Life Support certification.
- Must pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of experience providing direct care to individuals with mental illness is preferred.
