About The Position

CareATC is seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Professional to join its integrated care team, supporting employees and their families through employer-sponsored health centers. The role provides evidence-based counseling and behavioral health support while partnering with primary care providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. Patients may seek help with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, substance use, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and other behavioral health needs. The position supports patients across multiple employer-sponsored health centers in Indiana and Kentucky. The schedule is hybrid, with four onsite days and one remote workday each week, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours per week.
