Pomelo Care is expanding its network of experienced Advanced Practice Providers to deliver virtual care for people navigating perimenopause and menopause. Providers have autonomy to set their schedules and work within an integrated care model alongside each patient’s dedicated registered dietitian and therapist. The role involves evidence-based, individualized care, with independent clinical judgment over care cadence and treatment plans. Providers conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, create individualized care plans, and prescribe or manage hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal medications when clinically appropriate. They follow patients over time to evaluate treatment effectiveness, manage symptom progression, and support long-term wellness. Providers maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and follow clinical, quality, privacy, documentation, and compliance standards on the Pomelo platform. Pomelo handles patient matching, scheduling, commercial payer credentialing, billing, and clinical supervision support. Providers may accept or decline visit opportunities and choose the days and times they are available. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not W-2 employment; employee benefits are not provided, and Pomelo does not guarantee a minimum number of visits, patients, or compensation. Compensation is per visit, with approximate earnings equivalent to $100–$120 per active visit hour, varying by visit type, length, and timing.
