About The Position

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Advanced Practice Providers to provide compassionate virtual medical care for people navigating perimenopause and menopause. Providers conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, create individualized care plans, and prescribe and manage medications—including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal options—when clinically appropriate. They collaborate with patients’ registered dietitians and therapists to provide integrated care, follow patients over time to evaluate treatment effectiveness and symptom progression, and support long-term wellness. Providers maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow clinical, quality, privacy, and compliance standards on the Pomelo platform. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 employment position. Providers control their schedules and may accept or decline visit opportunities. Pomelo supports the practice with patient matching, scheduling, commercial payer credentialing, billing, clinical supervision support, and documentation tools. The company does not guarantee a minimum number of visits, patients, or compensation. Independent contractors are not eligible for employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, workers’ compensation, or unemployment benefits.
