About The Position

This is a full-time position at Ridgemere Senior Living in Conway, Arkansas. The role involves creating a welcoming, comfortable, and tidy atmosphere in memory care apartments and common areas. Responsibilities include preparing and serving family-style dining, guiding residents in mealtime tasks, ensuring residents receive snacks and hydration, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Active, with the role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Creating an inviting, comfortable, homelike, and tidy atmosphere in memory care apartments and common areas.
Preparing and serving family-style dining, guiding residents in setting tables and cleaning up.
Ensuring all residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times a day.
Engaging residents and providing meaningful experiences as extra hands in the Neighborhood.
