Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Nebraska required.
2+ years of leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.
Experience working with seniors, with memory care experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of facility regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
A compassionate, approachable leadership style and genuine passion for serving seniors.
Comfort with computers and technology.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and step in when needed.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the Memory Care team while creating a positive and accountable culture.
Oversee resident care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with families, providers, and team members to provide individualized, high-quality care.
Build strong relationships with residents and families and serve as a trusted resource throughout their memory care journey.
Support engaging programs, events, and experiences that bring connection and joy to residents’ days.
Manage departmental budgets and assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
Help keep the Memory Care neighborhood welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
