About The Position

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Nebraska required.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.
- Experience working with seniors, with memory care experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of facility regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A compassionate, approachable leadership style and genuine passion for serving seniors.
- Comfort with computers and technology.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and step in when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Memory Care team while creating a positive and accountable culture.
- Oversee resident care plans, documentation, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and team members to provide individualized, high-quality care.
- Build strong relationships with residents and families and serve as a trusted resource throughout their memory care journey.
- Support engaging programs, events, and experiences that bring connection and joy to residents’ days.
- Manage departmental budgets and assist with community outreach and marketing efforts.
- Help keep the Memory Care neighborhood welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
