About The Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate, driven individual to join our team as a Memory Care Manager. Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992. We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Spearfish is a 118-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skill set.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred.
- Experience in managing staff, health care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality services in strict accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Prioritize and ensure the comfort, safety, and overall well-being of our residents.
- Execute strategic, non-clinical activities to optimize the facility budget and maintain census targets.
- Lead and manage the recruiting process to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate on team education, training initiatives, and staff retention strategies.
