We are seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager with an LPN certification to lead and support our memory care team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
  • Proven experience in memory care or senior living environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the memory care department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
  • Supervise and support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
  • Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with policies
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in resident care
