About The Position

Azura of Verona is seeking a motivated and compassionate Memory Care Director to take an active leadership role in its memory care and assisted living community in Verona, Wisconsin. The director partners with the Executive Director to support daily operations, develop and motivate team members, and create a positive team culture. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff while supporting quality improvement, resident satisfaction, and the overall success of the community. The director leads by example to help residents feel valued and at home.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or memory care.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for serving older adults and supporting those living with dementia.
• A hands-on, compassionate leadership approach focused on building relationships and inspiring others.

Responsibilities
