About The Position
Parc at Traditions, a Sonida Senior Living community in Bryan, Texas, is seeking a Memory Care Director. The community provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role includes developing resident-focused programming, training staff on the Magnolia Trails approach, maintaining a safe environment, supporting and educating families, and conducting tours for prospective residents and their families when needed.
Requirements
- Maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- College credits required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
- Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
- Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
- Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
- Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
