About The Position

Azura Living is seeking a motivated and compassionate Memory Care Director to lead its memory care program and support exceptional resident care. The role is an opportunity for a healthcare leader passionate about dementia care, team development, and creating meaningful connections with residents and their families. The director oversees daily memory care operations and regulatory compliance, develops team members, promotes person-centered dementia care, and partners with leadership to improve care quality and resident satisfaction. The position is full-time, primarily day shift, with scheduling flexibility that may include filling in for night and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Healthcare leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; the posting also states that a bachelor's or associate degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in assisted living or long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills, including time and attendance systems, Microsoft Word, and email.
• Flexibility with scheduling; the full-time day-shift role may include night and weekend fill-ins.
• Passion for dementia care and supporting individuals living with memory loss.

Nice To Haves

• Memory care or senior living experience preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
