The Membership Sales and Service staff members are responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional service, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role involves demonstrating strong support for the YMCA's mission and values, serving members and participants, and maintaining a strong knowledge of all YMCA programs and services. The position requires actively contributing to a neat, clean, safe, and organized service area, exploring member needs through probing questions, and engaging in dialogue to promote a sense of belonging. Additionally, staff must communicate deficiencies to management, maintain confidentiality, and complete other assigned duties, adhering to all relevant provincial and federal legislation.
