About The Position
Membership Sales / Customer Service job in where you can positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way—while using initiative, problem-solving, and good judgment to keep things running smoothly. Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can confidently work independently once trained. Our Brand Promise: To better the lives of everyone we touch. Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing

Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly and tending to the visual presentation of the studio
- Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program
- Following a proven sales process
- Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries
- Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client

- Hourly pay: $12.50–$14 based on experience
