About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating the benefits of the company’s products and using a consultative approach to help customers find suitable solutions. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. The position operates in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, customer service, integrity, and trust are emphasized. The work is primarily outdoors, with exposure to varying weather and moderate-to-high noise from equipment and vehicles. The role involves frequent customer and team interaction, prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, equipment operation, and stamina throughout the shift. The work must be performable with or without reasonable accommodation. Super Star Car Wash provides uncapped commissions, paid training, paid sick time in accordance with state law, unlimited car washes, weekly pay, an employee referral program, and pay transparency. Advertised potential earnings are $20–$25 or more per hour, consisting of a base rate of $19.25–$19.75 per hour, weekly commissions, and monthly retention bonuses. Actual pay depends on relevant experience and geographic location; commission and bonus eligibility is based on individual performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
