About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate drives sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to guide customers toward suitable options. This entry-level role involves helping customers find solutions, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and selling products and services. Super Star provides paid training on its car washes and its “Be Super” approach to membership sales. The role is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
