About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative sales approach to guide customers toward solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. The position is based in a fast-paced environment and calls for flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and a supportive approach to sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customers’ individual needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Provide friendly customer service and build customer trust.

• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
