About The Position

As a Car Wash Associate, you prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel; keep the location supplied with clean towels; and help ensure equipment is functioning properly while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role calls for anticipating customer needs, building relationships, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and adapting and multitasking in a dynamic environment. It is an opportunity to develop leadership skills and potentially advance into management. The majority of the work is outdoors.

The position involves servicing vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the tunnel, completing cleaning and upkeep tasks, and assisting customers. Associates work primarily outdoors in changing weather and at a fast pace, with frequent interaction and collaboration with customers and colleagues. The work includes prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and sustain physical activity throughout a shift.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Keep the location clean by sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and performing minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Help ensure clean towels are available and equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with care.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and adapt to changing conditions.
