Membership Sales Associate - El Cajon
About The Position
As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers find suitable options. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Wash and its “Be Super” membership sales approach. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, adaptability, and an ethical, customer-focused approach. The position is primarily outdoors, with work also taking place indoors. Associates interact frequently with customers and colleagues and may be exposed to heat, cold, rain, wind, and moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles. The role involves prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining stamina throughout the shift. The position offers a base rate of $19.25–$19.75 per hour, weekly sales commissions, and monthly membership retention bonuses. The job posting states potential hourly earnings of $20–$25 or more, depending on performance, relevant experience, and geographic location. Pay is issued weekly on Wednesday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to different weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform the listed duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
