About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will help drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to guide customers toward suitable solutions. This entry-level sales role includes paid training in the company’s products and its “Be Super” membership sales approach. The position requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and an emphasis on integrity and trust.

The role is primarily outdoors, with regular customer and colleague interaction and exposure to varying weather and moderate to high noise levels. It involves prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment. The successful candidate will need stamina throughout the shift and the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the listed duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
