About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate drives sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Wash and its membership sales approach. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and trust. Associates work primarily outdoors, engage regularly with customers and colleagues, and may be exposed to varied weather and equipment and vehicle noise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Provide friendly, trustworthy customer service.
• Use communication skills to close sales and meet customer needs.
• Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
• Stay informed about the products and services offered.
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
