About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Wash and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. It requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on integrity, trust, and supportive teamwork. The role is primarily outdoors and involves regular customer interaction, working in varying weather and noise conditions, and standing and walking for extended periods. Compensation includes hourly base pay, weekly sales commissions, and a monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
