About The Position
As a part-time Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by explaining product benefits and guiding customers through available options using a consultative sales approach. This entry-level role focuses on helping customers find suitable solutions, selling memberships and other products, and delivering friendly, trustworthy service in a fast-paced environment. Paid training covers Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” approach to membership sales. The role is primarily outdoors, with exposure to varying weather and moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles. It involves frequent interaction with customers and colleagues, prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment. The schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Super Star Car Wash describes itself as operating more than 111 locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
