About The Position
As a part-time Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and guiding customers through their options using a consultative sales approach. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, delivering friendly service, and selling memberships and other products in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and trust are important to the team's supportive and ethical workplace. Paid training covers Super Star Car Wash and its “Be Super” approach to membership sales. This is an entry-level sales role intended to build sales skills while offering customers products that can save them money. The position primarily involves outdoor work, frequent interaction with customers and colleagues, and exposure to varying weather and moderate-to-high noise from equipment and vehicles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, primarily outdoor environment.
- Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform the listed duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ask questions to identify individual customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide friendly customer service and build customer trust.

- Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
