About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash drives sales by explaining product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose suitable options. This entry-level role includes paid training on the company and its “Be Super” membership sales approach. Associates work in a fast-paced environment, primarily outdoors, and are expected to adapt to customer needs and changing weather while maintaining an ethical, supportive approach to sales. The role involves regular customer and team interaction, physical activity, and operating equipment.

The position offers uncapped commissions, paid training, paid sick time in accordance with state law, unlimited car washes, weekly pay, and an employee referral program. Pay is listed as $20–$25 per hour in potential earnings, consisting of a base rate of $17.25–$17.75 per hour plus weekly commissions and monthly retention bonuses. Actual pay depends on relevant experience and geographic location; commission and retention bonuses are based on individual performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
