About The Position

This is a part-time position for a Membership Representative at the Del E. Webb Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential members, assisting them with inquiries, registrations, and any issues to maintain a high retention rate. The position requires professional and effective assistance to members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

Requirements

HeartSaver CPR/AED certification through American Heart Association OR Basic Life Support through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Able to answer phones, speak clearly and professionally.
Develops positive interaction and communication with members, guests, staff.
Understand wellness center programming, cost structure, and processes.
Able to consistently stand and walk throughout facility; some bending, stooping, lifting of 10-20 pounds.
Able to hear calls for help.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED Equivalent or college level degree.
One year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist potential members, answer questions, and refer to appropriate staff when necessary.
Complete new registration and assessment forms.
Answer phones and conduct tours of the facility.
Assist Member Service staff with changes and questions regarding member accounts, including downgrades, holds, and resignations.
Track interest profiles and contact members to inform them of upcoming events.
Complete suggestion/concern cards and ensure they are handled correctly.
Maintain current and available brochures and registration forms.
Sell gift certificates.
Attend mandatory staff meetings.
Contact members when appropriate for membership needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
