About The Position

Anytime Fitness is hiring a part-time Membership Advisor at its Bradenton West, Florida location. This entry-level role helps create a clean, welcoming gym experience for members and guests. The advisor maintains the club, communicates with members and prospective members, supports membership sales and account changes, and assists with daily operations. Training and support are provided, with opportunities for advancement for team members who demonstrate reliability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, with at least half of each shift dedicated to cleaning.
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members.
• Follow up with prospects who have requested information about joining.
• Give tours and help guests choose a membership.
• Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes.
• Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text or email.
• Assist with simple daily operations and checklists.
