About The Position

Anytime Fitness is hiring an entry-level Membership Advisor in Palmetto, Florida. The role helps create a clean, welcoming gym environment and supports members and prospective members throughout their experience. The advisor maintains club cleanliness, answers calls, follows up with leads, gives tours, assists with membership sales and account changes, responds to member questions, and supports daily operations. Training, support, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Keep the club clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks; at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning.
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members.
• Follow up with prospects who requested information about joining.
• Give tours and help guests choose the right membership.
• Process new memberships, upgrades, and basic account changes.
• Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text or email.
• Assist with simple daily operations and checklists.
