About The Position
Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to support club operations and membership sales. The role involves communicating and implementing club policies, encouraging productive teamwork, generating and following up on prospective member leads, conducting gym tours, and selling memberships and Dot Fit products. The supervisor also maintains records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems and conducts daily facility walk-arounds to check cleanliness.
Requirements
- Must be a United Citizen.
- Customer service experience: 1 year preferred.
- Management experience: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate working knowledge of club standard operating procedures and policies.
- Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
- Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
- Make decisions as needed.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure facility cleanliness.
