About The Position

Corda Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Services Representative at its North Liberty location in Johnson County, Iowa. The role provides member-focused financial solutions through in-person interactions, phone conversations, email, and digital channels. Representatives share information about products and services, process transactions, and identify financial solutions tailored to members’ needs. As one of the first people members encounter at a branch, the representative builds lasting relationships through outstanding service, trusted guidance, and a welcoming presence. The position is suited to someone focused on personal and professional growth, exceptional member service, and operational excellence, and who wants to make a meaningful impact in the branch and community. Flexible hours are offered, with schedules that can accommodate most college students. Requirements

• Customer service and sales experience.
