This position is responsible for performing duties to the best of their abilities during their assigned work shift. Key responsibilities include maintaining club cleanliness and atmosphere, staying proficient with the Planet Fitness mobile app, and ensuring all proper training is completed for safe and efficient operation. The role involves conducting regular audits to ensure the club is presentable according to Excel standards, performing club walkarounds, and completing assigned cleaning tasks. Daily tasks include auditing and balancing cash drawers, inputting and updating member information, and ensuring members adhere to company policies. The position also focuses on providing a safe and secure environment, communicating effectively with members to create a high level of service, and stocking retail and janitorial items. Team Members are expected to understand and adhere to company standards, resolve member issues, audit club inventory, and stay up-to-date on required certifications and training. They will participate in team meetings, communicate with, promote, tour, and assist prospects, and assist management with membership promotions and operational strategies. Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and insurance requirements is also a part of the role. Additionally, the position involves operating and assisting members with various equipment and amenities, and representing the company at community events.
